The Start-Up Innovation Challenge rewards ingredient innovation projects that have been carried out by start-ups that have brought something completely new and unexpected to the food and health markets. The Challenge rewards the best Ingredients projects, carried out by less than 3-year-old start-ups or by still developing companies.
